In this training resource we focus on the four ‘i’s of leadership: “Influence, Integrity, Initiative and Imagination”. The Leaders Guide and Participants Workbook contain everything you need to run your own leadership training. Recognizing that teenagers learn best when they are having fun, each module contains discussion questions, hands on activities, PowerPoint images, video clips and a Bible reading guide. Teenagers are encouraged to ‘have a go’ and get started on their leadership journey whether they hold a leadership role or not.
